Just called Natwest for an update on my claim for bank charges. They said that if I haven't recieved an offer yet, I wont recieve one and they have cancelled my claim until the FSA and Natwest have completed there investigation into the bank charge law. Has this happened to anyone else? They said they would send a letter in the next 2 weeks to tell me this. When this comes should I send the letter saying you have 7 days to pay or im taking you to court? or have I lost outright?
