I think Juicyd's post above covers everything so there is little I can add

 

Although the courts do prefer to allow claims to continue where a party objects to a judgment by default, so don't be too disappointed if the defence is reinstated.

MT sorry I was unable to log on yesterday so couldn't reply to your queries and sorry for misunderstanding the status of your judgment.

 

Well done for having a go even though you got shafted by the judge. It is ridiculous that they can sympathise with poor old bank who yeah, had NO warning of the 1000s of cases they would have put to them.

 

I am gutted for you and hope more than ever (if that were possible) that test case goes the RIGHT way
