Does anyone know the email address for Chris Palmer or Compliance? I've been trying [email protected] and [email protected] and get no response. I've started sending multiple emails to Compliance now to show I won't be ignored!

Hi Sol try this one. Compliance can not recieve e.mail from outside of the company This address is for one of the customer service managers at welcome. Contact him and he can forward it internally. [email protected]

Then it will probably get lost in the system, but at least you will have evidence it has been sent.

policy wording states

if you are self employed or you work on fixed term contracts you are eligable for this insurance but you need to read the policy carefully to make sure it is suitable for your needs. You should pay particular attention to the 'employment circumstances' 'unemployment cover' and 'things to keep in mind when claiming' sections

OK, I have to take issue with this....Welcome claim to do an 'advised' sale, which means they go through the policy and its exclusions and advise you if yo are actually eligible....giving you docmentation that tells you to read it carefully and see if you are actually eligible is a 'non-advised' sale.

The just cannot have it both ways

Returning to other material do we know when it'll be available?

Obviously because of all the layoffs, past, present AND future, there are some very unhappy bunnies willing to help consumers
