Hi

ive put in a claim against barclays, which i started back in febuary(first letter to the bank)

It has now got the stage were im going to court (today 8th august), yesterday i recieved a letter from the court saying that my application has been stayed, and that it will await the outcome of a test case...

my claim is for £4230 including interest and court fees.

i spoke to the courts yesterday and was advised that i didnt need to turn up today, if i did then i would be told the same as whats in the letter.

from what ive read on the internet the test case wont be untill janurary next year....

i want to get this over and done with now. im going to court today to protest the stay. i need help. can people adivse me how to protest the stay (what to say to the judge to make it unstayed)
