Dont worry you are not alone. Send off your letters and dont forget to keep copies of them all. You will probably need to go and buy a very big file to put them all in but when its all over it will keep you local recycling plant very busy.

Might I suggest that if they phone you again, you simply pick up the phone, and play this to them...

So far had 18 phone calls from Ruthbridge today tried to tell them i would not speak to them over the phone but he insisted he was starting the process to make me bankrupt and just because i was reading stuff of the internet i had not rights, All of this has come about because i sent them a CCA request.

 

any idea where the harassment letters are on this site?

 

Please seriously consider investing a few quid in recording equipment. Their behaviour is totally unacceptable.

Really seems like they are clutching at straws as usual. More empty threats from the empty heads at Ruthless. They havent got the CCA so how do they intend making you bankrupt. They are so sad. They have several legal stages to go through before they can make you bankrupt. Its the same old scary spiel that they use with everyone. They are breaking the law by leaving such messages on your answerphone where anyone may pick them up. That is bad news for them but extremely good news for you. You now have verbal evidence of their threats:-D . Excellent news for your complaint. Bad news for the idiot who left the message and the company he represents. Keep a recording of this threat as the OFT, TS, and the FOS will all be delighted to hear it. They have shot themselves in the foot. Wonder how they will deny this one. So bigbear have pleasnt dreams because the maggots have done you a huge favour which will come back to haunt them. They will be in default next TUESDAY. If it is not already statute barred the debt soon will be.

To pay back what. A debt they cannot prove. They will be getting pay back okay but not the sort they are expecting. What a sad bunch of losers. When will they get the message. How many £400 quids will the FOS have to extract from their greedy mitts before the penny drops.

just got an answer phone message on my mobile from ruthbridge saying the same old rubbish but then he said the total of the debt and it had gone down my £2 i think they have taken the money i sent for the CCA's off the total

 

Any advice of what to do?

Just let them default and commit the offence. As we have previously told you RUTHBRIDGE are bullying muppets. At least you now know they have received your CCA requests. Pehaps the telephone harrasment letter should be your next stage. Dont worry about them

I sent them the harassment letter and they have received it, thinking of sending them another one because they seem to have trouble reading the last one this time i will include one in braille because I'm sure they will be able to read that better

Complain now to the OFT and Trading standards that you have already sent thes B's the Harrassment letter and they continue to phone. They have broken the law now and will have to face the consequences

Unfortunately yo must complain to Ruthless first before yo can complain to FOS. However you should complain to Trading Standards and the OFT in the meantime. If they continue to harass you by phone Ofcom should be informed . If the calls are of such a nature as to put you in fear and you have recordings of them I suggest you contact your local police.

Crapbot are as Useless as Ruthbridge. Complain to the original Creditor. If they emploued this shower they are ultimately responsible for the behaviour
