Hi All,

I have just had a reply from Lloyds stating that I cannot claim because I have mentioned 'Unfair ContractsTerms Act 1977' which they say does not apply as I am a business client. What would be my best move to make now?

Any help much appreciated!

Same letter (I also a business claimant) as I sent in the wrong template letter which mentioned UTCCR's - went back to the library sent off the correct one and I am on my way.

As passive has said stick to the same thread and make sure you keep looking at

I am at LBA stage

Hi repro...

That's fine. Whilst it's not ideal to make errors before court stage, it shouldn't effect the outcome of your claim. It's the filing at court stage where details become critical, as your claim could be struck out.

Read through the link above, which will tell you what NOT to mention!!
