Hi

No worries about you putting the monthly Account fees on your LBA etc, just knock it off when you do your Court claim.

These links give you all the info you need to start the Court claim:

Error

this link does work

Hi

There is a link in the first link above that lets you download an N1 form. Fill that it using the information provided, then you can print it off (you need 3 copies) and take it to your local County Court. Or you can go to the Court and pick up an N1 there. You don't need a claim number, you will receive one from the Court when you hand your form in. All the information you need is in the link I gave you above.

cheers, also while i.am here i am claiming £750 charges back what is final total with interest on,6 years claims.thanks.

I'm afraid you will have to work that out yourself - but to help you out have a look here

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/182-6-interest-calculation-spreadsheets.html

Another thing that crosses my mind is that you have not actually read any of the links that maroondevo52 and Barty have provided for you. Whilst there are many people on here that will help you, if you do not actually do most of the groundwork yourself then ultimately your claim will more than likely fail.

Also see that you have 3 threads running - best to stick to one.
