Hi,

Just wondering what I should be doing.

Very briefly, I started the process of trying to reclaim my bank charges in January. I sent 3 letters, the last being the LBA. In April I recieved a £750 good will payment but nothing in regards to a letter from them about the good will gesture - it just appeared in my bank account

Due to one thing and another I haven't had the time to do anything with this since and have been a bit slack.

If I were to pick it back up again - where would be the best place to do it from. Should I send another LBA deducting the £750 from the total.

Many Thanks

Hi

I would send them another LBA, give them 7 days then start the Court claim. Knock the £750 off and include any charges that you have incurred since your last letter.

Good luck, keep us posted.
