hi, im looking to make a claim for my bank charges.

i have previously used another website for template letters but have been recommended this site by a friend.

current account

i sent an initial prelim letter for my charges to my branch on 5th April 2007 and unfortunately time has gotten away from me and i havent pursued the claim although i have received a response from Lloyds, basically saying there is nothing they or i can do about the charges.

should i start with another prelim and then an LBA or jump directly to the LBA? and should i send letters to my local branch or head office?

creditcard

today i have received copies of my credit card statements which were requested on 13th April 2007. this has seemed to have taken a very long time :(
