hi all,just received a notice to pay fee as alocation questionners are been dispensed with.do i still attach the draft directions or not.i need to pay the 100 quid by the 7th of august.any advice welcome

SPOKE TO THE COURTS AND INFORMED THAT I NEED TO PAY THE FEE THOUGH IT'S BEEN DISPENSED WITH OR CLAIM WILL BE STRUCK OUT.AS POSTED EARLIER,DO I STILL ATTACH THE DRAFT DIRECTIONS WHEN I PAY THE FEE?

Yes. You can still ask for their defence to be struck out as an abuse of process and attach the draft order for directions. ;)
