Hello

Thought I'd my claim on here, I sent my first LBA to Halifax on 23rd July 2007, for my Mint Credit Card & Halifax One Credit Card they total £634.00. I have not recieved any response, and I worried they will now put it on hold. I wanted to go the FOS route rather than the court route, I know that FOS will now put my claim on hold but should I still send them my complainant?

No you are correct there, they are not the friendliest. This Forum started off with just a couple of folk and look at it now................Wonder why??:o

They ain't getting any better.

BTW, OFT case has no impact on credit cards, bank or other loans, mortgage arrears charges, store cards.:)

So why not have a careful look through all those types of accounts as I bet there are some hidden charges in there.:)

Good luck!:)

Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-
