:???: Hi there, I am new and I hope I am in the right place?

I have a Blackhorse Finance Loan which is with a DCA - Lewis Group.

I have a default letter from 2005 which details a charge of £325 fro collection activity charges levied by Blackhorse BEFORE they passed the debt to a DCA. I have sent a Prelim letter to request refund charges and this was the rejection I received:

'We have reviewed your account details and note that the loan was subject to a transfer to external collections agents as part of our recovery strategy. This action was undertaken due to your failure to maintain payments in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The charges levied denote the collection activity prior to transfer which represent a true reflection of the repayment profile.'

Please can anyone advise as to what I do next?
