Hi guys,

I just prepared my preliminary letter. The amount is quite low comparing to majority of money claimed here - £175.

Shall I send letter to the address of my branch? And what are my chances of getting my money back? The penalties I claim were given for unauthorised overdraft (£25 for every £10 over).

As for your chances of getting your money back, I think you have a good chance. The only thing that has changed is that you may have to wait a little longer. But we don't know for sure yet!

Just carry on with your claim as per the advice on this site for now!
