Do you still have the auction number to check the staus of the sellers guarantee status applied by Paypal?

PUTTING IT IN WRITING & KEEPING COPIES IS A MUST FOR SUCCESS

There are unfortunately lots of get-out clauses for Paypal in relation to their 'Buyer Protection'.

Did you pay with a credit card?

I take it your transactions were before june?

I have done a charge back before on my switch card. If i were you I 'd go to my bank and demand a chargeback to be completed for the full amount.

Can you provide the item number?

Hiya,

I just went into my local branch and asked them fro a chargeback as they good have never been received and I caouln't get any contact from the seller. I had no problems but I do believe others have so I think all you can do is ask. If the teller says no then ask to speak to the manager.

If you chargeback then be warned Paypal will put your account into minus balance and set a DCA on to you ...

PayPalSucks.com is where you will learn about the PayPal Class Action Lawsuit, Abuse, Fraud & evil behind the PayPal system! makes for interesting reading, they really are a dodgy bunch, I was stung for over £350 from them.
