Hi,

2 weeks ago hubby sent off his forms to his bank, with details of all his charges and asked for them back. Now that 2 weeks is up, we were just going to proceed with handing everything over the the financial ombudsman, as this worked brilliantly with my claim against lloyds.

However i now find out about this test case, and think the financial ombudsman isn't dealing with these at the mo, is this right?

if so what do we do now. The banks 2 weeks to reply has come and gone, with nothing, and i don't know what to do

Hi there,

I have submitted my whole bundle to the courts and to the defendant already with a court allocation order for 21 days from the submission of my bundle 17/07/07 as being the deadline for my bundle , banks bundle to be submitted on or before 7/8/07, court hearing 21st August, unless settled before so I am wondering where that leaves me with having complied with an order, also will this include claims made in connection with the Social Security Act [ money taken from Benefits] or should we proceed with theses claims due to the law for benefits, any answers or views on this one .;) ;) Junkimunki x
