Hello,

I got partial agreement from Cap One for £112, but want £358. I am sending them the partial agreement letter to let them know I want the whole lot returned which includes interest.

However through reading all your posts, it looks like Cap One cases always end up in court. Must admit, I find the whole court thing quite daunting.

MBNA seem to cave in without court, am I right in thinking Cap One always go to court?

Thanks

Cap One refunded £112

MBNA refunded £567

Hi, I too was terrified but with great advice on this site I saw it through. Cap One always go to the court stage but they acknowledge the claim with the intention to defend and then settle in full. My advice to you is definitely see it through, its well worth and you WILL get paid in full. You will not go to court, they can't take the chance.
