Zoot - printed the spreadsheet of litigation details off for HSBC in case I need to use it - but my details weren't there - and I did give my details in earlier?

Also quick question - if the court has made the decision to stay my case [leicester] is there any point in appealing to have the stay lifted as it is the judge's decision? Also they only gave me 7 days from date of order but it took 3 days to get to me??

Hi

I wrote the first preliminary letter to Halifax and HSBC. Both replied that the banks are involved in legal proceedings with OFT. They say my complaint has been registered and that once proceedings end with OFT they can then carry on to resolve my claim? Please help what do I do wait or carry on with the Letter Before Action.

thanks

I'm confused by the repeated mention of "until 1st Dec 2006". What are the implications of this regarding post-1/12/06?
