Received a letter today from my local county court that I have a hearing with the judge at 2pm on 18th September 2007. That is for both Lloyds and Abbey. Can't wait. I have everything ready to go and hope I don't miss anything out. Have my statements, letters, court bundles the works!!! Wish me luck!

Abbey - £539 pending - !!!WON!!!

Halifax - £676 pending - stayed at court

2nd Claim with Halifax - £168 pending

Lloyds TSB - £780 (sisters) !!!WON!!! - Filed waste of costs order (on hold)

Barclays - Barclays filed crap defense - on hold

AND THE BANKS ARE STILL CHARGING!!!!!!!

How very dare you!!

I certainly wish you luck.

If it were me I go back to guides etc here, print them off - waaay tooo tricky for my brain to keep flicking to and fro between pages. I would be on the carpet with all my bits of paper and ticking things off just to be ABSOLUTELY certain I had not missed anything out :)

Just see my new post - you are probably ok - but for the rest of use this, for time being just kicking off claims, is terrifying
