ive just had all my statments back from the bank for the last 4 years they have charged me 2,636 in 4 years of bank charges am a full time career to my son i cant afford for them to get away with this :Cry::Cry:

Do I Have To Write And Tell The Bank Am Taking Them To Court Or Can I Just Do It .also In My Letter To The Bank I Didnt Ask For Intrest Is It To Let To Put It On For Court

ive just phoned halifax as today was the last day they had am claming 2,645 and she offered me 445 when i said no to low she offered me 889 6 months charges i said no so from tomorrow its powley vs halifax
Just curious - did you phone Donna Goring? I've been trying but the switchboard tell me the line is busy all the time and to try later...this is also the last day

Dawn, can you PLEASE stop creating new threads when it's all related to the same claim? I have just spent 15 mns going through them all, joining 4 threads together to make sure it was all about the same.

 

Furthermore, your last post being previously unlinked made it impossible to understand what you were talking about, and was unlikely to get much of an answer.

 

Anyway, in answer: Letter before Action, 7 days, IMO. You have to be able to show you have tried every possible way to avoid court. Then sue.

ive descided to accept there higher offer as am worried about court i have loads going on at the moment and dont need the stress i feel a bit like am on channels 4 deal or no deal

having thought about it ive now written back acepting there offer but asking for the rest aswell ive given them 7 days if not i start filling in the court paper work on the 17th why should i let them fob me of with a small offer when they owe me a lot more i will keep you informed
