Hi everybody, I'm planning to go to a small court to claim my £78 back.

(Only) two charges for unpaid transactions.

I've sent them (Bank of Scotland) already two (template) letters. I have received a dismissive letter after my fist letter. The second letter (template letter before going to court) was sent over two weeks ago and I hadn’t got any response.

What shall I do now? Shall I call them first or can I proceed directly to the court?

Thank you:)

You can call them, they do sometimes settle this way, but not very often.

But it is worth a try.

If you get no where then you can file!!
