Hi jodie, and welcome to CAG!

The allocation fee is often payable whether your court issues you with an allocation questionnaire or dispenses with it - if your claim is over £1500. Contact your county court tomorrow to confirm - then pay the fee (£100 - but this is refundable as part of your overall claim).

Additionally, I'd advise you to start a new thread in the HSBC bank forum (on the main forum page) as you'll get lots of support and advice from other HSBC claimants who are going through the same/have been through the same process that you're going through at the moment.

Best of luck with your claim :)

I do not answer queries via PM. If you send me a PM, please include a link to your thread - any advice I am able to offer will be on your thread.
