 Can anyone help, i am due in court next tues 24th at 2pm and i am putting together what i will say if they turn up. I have sent them and the court all letters that the bank and I exchanged and a copy of the interview with Peter McNamara, and a copy of The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Reg. 1999 (UTCCR). Is there any part of UTCCR I could highlight or quote specifically that would be useful in court as i have read it through and its very confusing to me (too much jargon!)

Thanks
