Hi everyone out there!

I could do with a little help/info. I've just received my allocation questionnaire, complete with a defence from Barclay's solicitor. I obviously didn't delve deep enough when putting forward my original case, as their defence quotes "the particulars of claim are summary in nature. Accordingly, this defence is summary and the Defendant reserves the right to amend this Statement of Case in due course." I've obviously got to make a stronger argument. So can anyone help on the best way to fill in the questionnaire and what info to provide? Any help gratefully received.

I've heard from somewhere, that there is someone out there who will fight your case for £150, is this a worthwhile route to take?

PS Claiming approx £2100 (inc interest & costs)

Cheers

Hello and welcome to CAG. For advice on AQ's go here:

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/11644-allocation-questionnaires-guide-completion.html

This is a self help forum, and with the other users going through a simular process to yourself, i would not pay anyone to do this. Post a thread under your banks name and keep us posted with your progress. There are some links below to help you.

Good luck
