Not sure if anyone can advise but i'll give it a go.

Clydesdale Bank continues to levy a £25 service charge for, what assume is, falling in to unauthorised overdraft. The irritating fact of the matter is it this £25 'service fee' that is responsible for putting me over my overdraft in the first place. I would assure there were adequate funds in this account if Clydesdale only sent me notification of this fee; alas this is not the case. They claim to have sent me the relevant notification but I never receive anything. This is a rolling problem that costs me £25 per month continually generated by the initial £25 fee. I intend to highlight this in my forthcoming hearing (when the court confirms my date) but in the mean time what are my options? The frustration levels are peaking and I am trying to control myself. Talking to the branch bank manager is a fruitless exercise as it gets me no where. A few weeks ago they cancelled my overdraft completely and refused to re-instate it, and then miraculously, when I reminded them of the pending court case they re-instated it within a day.

I have had gargantuan problems with BT recently so my continual frustrations led me to compose an email to the CEO of the BT Group copying in a variety of media moguls. My problem was resolved with 24 hrs after 3 months of nothing. Now I could do this with Clydesdale Bank quite confidently however I would not want this to have a detrimental impact on my case. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
