Hi

Just about ready to send off my prelim letter and spreadsheet. However I have a question. We are claiming for charges on 3 separate bank accounts, should we issue 3 separate prelim letters or request it as one amount but include the 3 spreadsheet calculations?

Thanks Guys for your help

Ann-Marie

I believe it's ok to 'lump' the 3 together and include the 3 different spreadsheets.

If your claim totals more than £5,000 (including interest) your case will more likely be allocated to the Fast Track as opposed to the Small Claims Track. For this reason i have read of people breaking larger claims down into smaller amounts to avoid Fast Tracking their claim.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will explain to you the reasons why!

Good luck
