Hi all,

I've been reading around but cant find anyone in a similar position, I am claiming back charges for a friend but after sending off the sar well over 40 days ago, all we have received is a list of charges and no statements, firstly I have no idea if these charges are all correct and secondly this is not what was requested.

Should I base the claim on what they have given or send a non compliance letter?????

Ta very much fellow claimers:confused:
