Hello there all

Just after a little advice - I have been going through the process (using Moneysavingexpert.com) of claiming back my bank charges. I am with the Yorkshire Bank, and have used the moneyclaim.gov.uk site to initiate my claim. My case has now been transferred to my local county court for the begining of September!

Any Advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!!!!!

bacardicharlie. Welcome to The Consumer Action Group. What hearing is exactly happening in September ? You should start a thread on the yorkshire bank thread.

Also have a read of this. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/guidance-notes/64911-got-court-date-guide.html#post553523 Please do not be worried to ask any questions however silly they seem. The Consumer Action Group has over 150,000 people as registered users and has helped over 8,500 people to reclaim over £14,500,000. So we can help you. Good luck.

Its your money taken unlawfully from your account and you have a legal right to claim it back.

Each party must file and serve copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing, no later than fourteen days before the hearing. The full court bundle i am afraid. You will need 3 copies of everything. One for the court ,one for the bank and one for yourself. Good luck.
