HFC and Restons

HFC and Restons - I was asked to send in my income and expenditure while I was doing so I recieved a County Court Claim from the dreaded Northampton Bulk centre. I responded to the court particulars indicating I will be defending as as well as requesting CCA and SAR from Restons about 20 days ago but no responses.

Is it true if the CCA is not supplied within 12 days the agreement is not enforceable even though I have responded to the court.

 

Note: I attached all my correspondence with Restons to the court papers in my defence.:?

See you having the same trouble from hfc and RS. Maybe have a look at my thread. I am fighting these dreadful bullies.
