Hi All

I've been given a court date of the 14th September 2007 at Birkenhead County Court and am claiming in total about £300. I am to supply documents within 14 of the court hearing.

Can anyone help with what documents I'm to send?

Thanks for your help!

Hi, I was advised to include some T&C's with my bundle. Didn't have any of my own as I opened my account about 20 yrs ago but some kind person on the site sent me a link so some I could get online.

If you are struggling I'll find it for you.

Hi

I hand delievered my completed AQ and £100 fee to my local county court on Wednesday 11th March. Received a receipt for the £100 in the post the next day. Also, received in the post was a letter from Lloyds solicitor dated 6th July requesting the following:-

1. Each and every individual amount of the charge that you are claiming and are disputinmg;

2. The date of each and every charge that you say was deducted from your account;

3. How you calculate any interest;

4. How you calculate the sum of £2706.96; and

5. Confirm your sort code and Bank Ac**** Number(s)

I now have 7 days to respond.

What do I need to send? Should I send copies of my bank statements? How do I show how I calculated any interest? (I used moneysavingexpert webiste to do this originally.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

(1)use the simple excel spreadsheet on here. even i can work it.

it automatically calculate the interest rate for you.

(2)send copies of your bank statement, HIGHLIGHT the charges. it is these highlighted charges that you feed into the spreadsheet.

(3) go through the letter they sent you. systematically get what they want + check off the check-list.

if this post has helped you, click on my scales pls.

Hi Pablo...

I haven't got to the stage of submitting the court bundle yet, but I would think that witness statements would form a part of it. Also, a covering letter with court reference number and explanation would certainly be a good idea.

Did you get back to GaryH??
