Does anyone out there know where I can get the 2001 HSBC T & C's?

As it looks like I am going to court, I want to be ready with my court bundle.

Also, has anyone actually had to stand up and speak / be questioned in court yet?

Thanks in advance! :|

not sure on the T & C's but as for the court thing, as far as i know, nobody has yet to step inside a courtroom on a standard claim :)

DCA's - they have the same power as an infinite number of untrained chimps working on a script for Hamlet, but the chimps would probably at least get it right :D
