Just about to post prelim letter asking for my money back, forgot about adding up debit interest when going through charges, do I need to put this in and if not is it worth going through the statements again for it ?

Cheers

Recieved first letter back from YB today, they say that they acknowledge the complaint but are unable to deal with it at the moment due to legal preceedings they have with the OFT. They also state that the FSA has suspended the normal timetable for dealing with bank charges complaints. Is this true?
