Hi

I've received my AQ this morning from my local county court. I'm scared to complete this but do not want to give up on this after everything.

Also, I've been asked to return the AQ by 16/07/07 with a fee of £100.00.

What is likely to happen once I return the AQ?

Advice greatly appreciated!!!

Hi hr100

Don't be scared, everything you'll need is on this site and there are always people around who will help you.

Read this for a step by step guide on how to fill in the AQ

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/11644-allocation-questionnaires-guide-completion.html

Then read this to find out what will happen next

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/25457-guide-reclaiming-bank-charges.html

You will get the £100 AQ fee back when you win :D. You may be exempt from paying it, the first link will give you more details of this.

Good luck:)
