Hi folks, as I'm about to submit my claim i wanted to start a new thred to keep it clear...

I've got everything I need to enter my claim online but am a bit worried about a few things (sorry if I seem dim here!)

  1. Totals sorted (not going for the OD interest as I seem to have been overdrawn a lot)
  2. Copied and entered the info into the MCOL format from here
  3. Got the letter done to the MCOL address to send copies of the spreadsheet, letters to abbey and replies
  4. I'm now reading about T&Cs.. Can someone explain what this is? I've tried to track it back on here but can't
  5. Do I need to copy my bank statements for the claim?

I think that is it, can someone let me know if I'm right before I send this al through?

Many, many thanks!!

T&C's I don't think you need to worry about these just yet as they are now being added to the bundle, this is a recent addition since the Lloyds so called victory's but I am sure someone will confirm that.

Just make sure you have your account numbers on them! seen a few posts recently where they have been missed off when the claim was submitted

Do I need to copy my bank statements for the claim?

Do you mean to send with your MCOL? if this is what you mean you don't need to send them yet, but you will need to submit them with your bundle

:-| Evening all, well it's done, case filed at court last week and I'm waiting for the confirmation etc etc.

Amazingly enough though I got reply to my original complaint over the weekend offering me a GOGW for part of the claim (such a small, small part of the claim).

I'm going to send the without prejudice letter tomorrow, but need to know about changing the claim in the court? Do I now need to change the particulars of claim by the amount I've been offered ?

Thanks as always
