Hi Guys


What do you do if your bank does not supply statements following SAR? My hubbie has sent 2 letters to natwest asking for statements and received 2 replies saying they have been ordered but they have never arrived!! The first letter back was on 10 May so well over 40 days. Where do we go from here?

Ring a lady called Joyce Tudor on 0131 626 1165 and let her know when you sent your request in, and that to date you have had nothing. It woul also help if you could quote when the cheque you sent them for the SAR, i.e. £10 had been cashed. She is very nice and should be able to help. She is at the Retail Regulatory Risk department and part of the team at RBS responsible for getting all SAR info out to customers. Good luck.
