Hi everyone

Have been reading all your threads for a few weeks now. Have been through the standard process and sent 3 letters to Halifax. Just received a response which says that the charges have been correctly applied and that when I opened my account, I agreed to their terms and conditions. Info formed part of my agreement etc., etc.

Can someone please advise whether this sort of letter is standard and whether I can still go ahead and start a claim?
