Well I decided to try an claim my charges back, ive done the 1st stage and asked for my statement details and sent them the cheque for £10 using the teplate from CAG, I recieved the standard letter from them saying sorry blah blah blah and they hope to resolve my issue by the 18th of July.


So whats next :)

Keep the forum up to date by creating a log as part of your signature - it helps people know what you've already done and so give more appropriate replies.


The next stage is to count 40 days (+ 2 for the mail). As long as you sent registered post, you then send


1) If you haven't received list of charges - your data breach LBA letter


2) If you've received list of charges - tot up charges using the spreadsheet on this site and send itas a Schedule of Charges enclosed in a Preliminary Letter (the one asking for £xx amount back).


Send everything Registered Post.
