No signatures on Credit Agreement

Morning All

 

Sent my CCA request to quite a debt company and they have sent back within a week a Credit Agreement (and my letter I sent them, rather than for their file?)

 

There are no signatures on it, and its just been printed off a computer.

 

What's my next letter to them with regard to this alleged debt?

Did your letter ask for a copy of the executed credit agreement?

Thanks for your prompt response. Below is a copy of the main contents.

 

With reference to the above agreement, I would be grateful if you would send me a copy of this credit agreement.

 

I understand that under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Sections 77−79), I am entitled to receive a copy of my credit agreement on request. I enclose a payment of £1.00 which represents the fee payable under the Consumer Credit Act.

 

I understand a copy of our credit agreement should be supplied within 12 working days.

 

I understand that under the Consumer Credit Act creditors are unable to enforce an agreement if they fail to comply with a request for a copy of the agreement under these sections of the Act.

Oh yes and forgot to say I know for definate I never signed a credit agreement with this company. Advice on the next step would be appreciated.
