I have a current account at the Halifax

where I went O/D by 90p.

My overdraft limit was £150.00.

The overdrawn balance is now in the

region of £500 due to all the charges

being levied on the account.

Since there have been no funds going

into the account, where do I stand

on this ?

Candy, hello there.

I appreciate your urgency with the above post

You have 3 different threads on the Halifax forum. I can't make sense of your case just now, due to that. I am going to ask a moderator to merge your threads so that we can try and see where you are at.

From now on, please post here for anything related to your Halifax account(s).

Once we get this resolved, we will be in a better position to help you.

Regards, Kenny:)

You could always try to call them, and see if they will refund it back into your account, chances are they will say no, but it worth a try. ;)

Did you do the claim last year? If so how did you get with it? If not, then you can add these charges onto your spread sheet, as you can keep updating until you file at court.

Big thanks to SSL and Tomterm for thread merger.

As SSL asked, how far did you get with the claim last year? IE did you submit it and get all the charges back?

What is the actual amount of all charges that you need to reclaim from Halifax?

Do you have statements for all of these?

Have you still to file at court for any charges or have you done this?

Please answer the above questions and we can take it from there.

Don't worry and kind regards, Kenny:)

PS you are post no 2000 for me.
