While checking my Lloyds online account I noticed that in March 07 I was being charged an 'overdraft excess fee', by April the term was changed to 'charge unpaid DD'. Is the change in terms significant?

I have tried to claim my chages back from lloyds TSB. these include unpaid direct debits and exceeding my overdraft.

They have refused to pay!!

They generally refuse to pay at first but will pay out once you have taken them to court.

Have a look through the Lloyds successes in the Lloyds Forum and you will see that they do pay out in the end.

Best of luck
