Hi

I am new to this site and I would like to say what a great site.

Reading through the site am I right in thinking that a CCA is not the credit card application but a signed agreement with APR on etc.

Also when you ask for a S.A.R - Subject Access Request do they have to send you every bit of information they hold on you including how much they bought the debt for. Is thi the same as a data protection request.

Also has anybody got any good templates for the two requests above and also the follow on information if the company does not reply.

Cheers

HAVE YOU BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY CREDITORS OR DCA's?

BEWARE OF CLAIMS MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OFFERING TO WRITE OFF YOUR DEBTS.

CCA proves they own the debt.

SAR they have to provide all info they have on you.

Bank statements only if they produce them i.e they are your bank.

"Just one more question" It is probably a while before you will be able to say this before it is true.

I learn something everyday on this site and get stronger for it, ask as many questions as you need the answers for.

Start threads on each debt if you need advice.

All the best.

Cas
