Hello

Doing it on my sister's behalf, sent S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) with a letter of authority form her some time ago

A silly letter today saying they're very busy and they'll get back to me no later than the 6th August

I used a CAG SAR sticker, so naturally they've addressed the letter to CAG with my name underneath that

oh, and spelt my christian name wrong

what a good start

waived the charge for the SAR mind

Welcome Micky.

Nice to have you on board. Should be able to learn from you as things progress. BoS are extrely badly organised and times are a problem- lots of new staff running round like headless chickens, calling each other "dummies". Great fun.

Good luck!:)

Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-
