I sent my letter claiming unfair charges to the Halifax and they replied saying that there charges are fair….. blar, blar, but they will pay me £90 as good will gesture!!

However I calculate that I have been charged aprox £1,000 in last 6 years!!

But now I am stuck!! What do I do?! I don’t want to accept the £90, but I am unsure of the next step!! Do I write to them saying I wont accept or do I start a claim?

All help would be very much appreciated!!

Thanks!!
