:) Hi everyone! I found your site yesterday and have already spent hours reading peoples advice, can i say FAB! Its just great how everyone is so supportive here, The info provided is fantastic! Ive been off work sick for nearly a year now and certain creditors have made my life hell! Bombarding me with demanding phone calls, letters etc not to mention fees totalling probably well over 1.5k! Im so excited now that something can be done about the charges! and im certainly going to bite back! capital one, im hot on your heels! The first thing I shall do after my claims is help support this site, and take my mum on a well needed holiday! Thanx guys! mwoah!:D

Hi Aylamac.

Spend a few days reading the FAQs and the step by step guide in the library section. You will find a wealth of information there that will answer most of your initial questions.

This is a self-help forum..... we provide the info, you do the reading.

Start your own "battle-thread" in the Capital One Forum........

Post any questions and progress reports there. If you can keep the thread up-to-date, other users will be able to see what stage you're at if you need advice.

If you need help, it's better to ask a dumb question than make a dumb mistake with your claim. (And much easier to sort out):D
