Hi there,

Its all in the FAQ section. Have a read around, look at what other people have posted and see what the process is, but the best place to start, as I said, is the FAQ

All the best

Hi

Do you have all your old statements ? If so total up all the charges and use the refund request template on this site.

If not then use the DPA request template and send it along with a cheque/postal order for £10 to the bank.

I would suggest that when you have the time that you read through the FAQ's (there is a great deal of knowledge stored there and without it I would have been lost).

Make it payable to Royal Bank Of Scotland

:)

Please note that I am not a legal expert and all advice given is without prejudice and is purely my opinion only.

** Nationwide - £1821.15-PAID IN FULL - Aug 06 **

** Halifax Mortgage -£390 - PAID IN FULL - Nov 06 **

Lloyds TSB - MCOL issued 09/03/07 - £2953 + costs - ON HOLD....
