hi all,

is anyone else involved in this preliminary hearing at the Central London County Court, Civil Justice Centre on 17 July 2007 at 11:00 am.

if so should we not get in touch and file our defences together or at the very least liaise with each other???

ep - that's the same as me. I can't make it, as am supposed to be out of the country with work, but have jumped the gun somewhat for a preliminary hearing, and sent my court bundlke today. Who is dealing with your claim at Barclays? I'm with Thomas Hickley.

I'm in the same boat too, however I received this email from Barclays today:

 

Dear XX

Thank you for your email. According to our records, your claim is due in Central London County Court for a Preliminary Hearing on the 17th July. At present, our intention is to send a representative to this hearing as there are a number of claims in the same stage of the process as yours and therefore whilst I think you for your settlement offer, it is not something I am able to address at this time.[/font]
