Hi everyone.

I rejected Partial offers from Cap One placed dierctly into my both card accounts. I ommitted saying ' partial offer acepted....' I don't accept it. i did the 'disappointed.....' line though.

I just re-iterated the full amounts worked out on the spreadsheets to be refunded. dis-regarding their offer.

When I filed at court my N1 at court I did not adjust the original spreadsheet amount to reflect the 'partial' amounts credited directly into my separate accounts.

When I eventually do receive the Notice of Issue from the courts for Cap 1, do I write off to the court and advise them of the 'partial amounts' paid into the account but rejected and ask the court to amend my claim total accordingly, or shall I write to them now - revising my original spreadsheet amounts.

Thanks Peeps.
