From Post#1 "It is 8th August and I just got a massage from Council saying that because they have problems with 3-4 bedrooms the tenants are still at the house and they don't know when they will be able to move them to other accommodation! " With reference to stu007's post which was salient and to the point with what is needed to be done. I would be inclined to think the Council have not idssued any Eviction Notice, as in their own words have no suitable properties available to move them to, this might need a legal solution sooner rather than later, OP could indicate that as their action has rendered them effectively Homeless due to failuer to return their property, the Council has a duty now to hose them in the interim. The danger is that the Council will try to blame OP for making a large family homeless, disregarding the fact the Council are now in breach of their agreement with OP. -

No you misunderstood what DX meant, you as Lessor have the supremacy in contract usually as the allocated space is part of the enjoyment of your property, as has been shown in court the leaseholder usually has superior right over that allocated parking than the managing Agent to prevent your fair usage, say by bring in g in a fleecer like UK-CPM who can only make money by fleecing the Residents. Itss perfectly acceptable to allow someone elses car to use your bay with your permission Might be worth reading this from the Parking Prankster blog UKPC have lost in court with Residential Parking in the past Parking Prankster: Residential Parking PARKING-PRANKSTER.BLOGSPOT.COM There are many residential situations where some form of parking management is desired, but instead of doing their homework properly and... -
Thanks for your reply Jodie, it helps a lot and is much appreciated. I had no dealings with Webeden only Moonfruit. Thanks also to Bazooka Boo for your suggestion to start a YELL's complaints process, it had a calming effect. As annoyed as I am facing another dispute with Yell to hell (avoid like the plague), I don't have the time or energy to chase Yell in a longwinded time consuming way again. Running my own business and being a carer at the moment is enough, so I need to prevent running into another burn out. Looks like I have 2 options: Do nothing 'wait and see' or budge and pay 'counting my losses' to avoid any repercussions. I am grateful for all your input
