After initiating proceedings against Yorkshire Bank 16/10/2006. I have finally got a court date 6/7/2007.

However although judgement was made at Northampton County Court and transferred to Middlesbrough, I have received notice that the APPLICATION TO STRIKE OUT CLAIMANTS CLAIM HEARING will take place .......This hearing has been allowed 10 mins I presume this is not the actual court hearing and if the Yorkshire bank are successful, then it would appear that I would not be allowed my day in court, unless I appeal.

Is this normal?

I havent seen this on your website before

Please any help would be appreciated:o
