Hi all


can anyone tell me how important terms and conditions are when you put in a cca 1974 request have an original cca back which says please turn over for further terms and conditions just blank a4 sheet even if they have not sent the protection rights and remedies couldnt they just knock these up from any agreement auto sent out?

I asked something similar to this a while ago.


As far as agreements I have, as I kept all my agreements anyway, each and every one says something along the lines of '...sign only if you want to be bound by these T&C's...'


Which obviously indicates they are a part of the agreement.


Cancellation Rights must be included in any agreement but this is rarely mentioned on here. This is what I have been informed by Consumer Direct Wales.


All copies of CCA's sent to me are just one page with no T&C's and the Cancellation Rights mostly appear on the T&C's.


Also, I believe the Data Protection section should be produced but somebody far more informed than me will no doubt advise.
