I'm assuming you've been sent a cheque for your claim but it's not for the full ammount.

If this is the case and you wish to continue your claim for the full ammount then use one of the letters in this section.

Hi and welcome to CAG

I would first suggest going here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/alliance-leicester/ and starting your own thread, you will find others there in the same boat that can offer you help and advice.

Good luck with your claim!

Hi break,

In answer to your question, I think this will depend on what stage you're at with your claim. When you say you're waiting for a court date - do you mean you're waiting for a final hearing on your claim? Is your case with the judge? Have you received directions from the court?

It's difficult to advise further without having any information about your claim - but if you post back with some relevant history/details, it should be possible to advise further. :)

Can't find what you're looking for? Please have a look at Michael Browne's

A-Z Guide

*** PLEASE NOTE ***

I do not answer queries via PM. If you send me a PM, please include a link to your thread - any advice I am able to offer will be on your thread.
